"Moved in 2020, and just renewed our lease for yet another year. Apartment is super spacious - the storage closet outside by the patio is so useful. They repaved our parking lot this year and actually gave us a better reserved space than we had before. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and we've never had any large issues. The lake is so nice for walking around, and having access to both South Lake & Windsor Lake amenities is cool. I recommend it anytime someone mentions moving :)"

"My daughter and Son live here I love the inside of the apartments (my knees really could care less for the steps). It was nice for the past few years. With the exception of her having bullies for new neighbors below her. She grows plants and vegetables on her second floor patio. The Husband not wife has approached my daughter often while her husband was gone complaining of sprinkles of dirt on their area. She was kind enough initially to go sweep whenever she worked but after the complaining continued or their young son would make rude remarks very audible while she and the children were just on their patio I told her to stop being so accomadating. and write a complaint of harassment to the office . So what do they do when the wind or wild animals cause dirt to be on their patio? They clean it. These are the things you look for before renting a 1st floor unit especially when you would have seen her garden at the tour. Paying 1300 to have anxiety using your own patio doesn't quite seem right."

"Leasing staff was very helpful when I was first looking. Only had maybe 3-4 simple maintenance requests so far and they always address it same day or next day. Only downside is the appliances are very old. I can overlook that and still give 5 stars given my overall positive experience. There's a little lake which is nice to walk the dogs around."

"Nice apartments and a nice pool. They have a life guard in the summers and families actually use it which is nice to see. The apartments are a good size for a couple or a young family with young kids and there is enough parking and even great area for kids to play."
