"This is an excellent complex for sure! Getting in was quick and fairly easy. Grounds are well maintained and inside too. I had a drain issue and someone was out ASAP. The area is super close to everything too. things can get slightly congested though. Parking is pretty decent too. So far, 10 weeks in, I have no complaints. Another great thing about Lake Bradford was seeing lots of real reviews about it. *Update, 2024. Still a great place to live!"

"This place is amazing. I have lived here for about a month now, and I’ve never lived in a place that was so well designed and managed. The grounds are immaculate, they keep common areas clean, and the place is just run really well. The staff here is very professional and friendly. Whoever designed the kitchen was really thinking. The placement of things was really thought out. Highly recommend living here if you have the chance."

"This place is the best in the VA Beach area. We were there for 4 years and will miss living there . Stores are close, staff are as kind as you will ever find, no crime, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Scotty and Bill (maintenance) are never to busy to say Hi and will go out of their way to help you if possible. We will miss there. The office staff is the best. Jean Partain will help with any problem you have in the unit and always has time to talk and say Hi. I mean they ever change light bulbs. Donna who cleans the hall always has a smile on her face and happy. The only reason we left is because my husband needs a handicap bathroom. We will miss all their smile ..."

"Enjoyed my stay at this residence and the neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful. The staff are very helpful. Maintenance comes out within 24 hours on assistance needed/ rent office responds same day to calls & emails. Never experienced any roach or rodent infestation at all in my 2 years there. Top tier appliances in kitchen and I received a new toilet at move in. Absolutely loved the closet for my 1 bedroom/ very spacious and so much shelving. Quarterly pest control as well. Whenever it snows, the staff prepare sidewalks, sends texts to residents on tips to prepare and clear sidewalks after snowfall also. Never had to park far from my home with my decal. The only con were the laundry cards only accepting more funds within the rental office only. Definitely recommend if your looking for a new place to call home."
