"I almost did not have a suitable apartment today upon entry of the unit reeked of smoke and unfortunately tenants on other side of the building smoking in their apartment, which created an unsafe unit for me and my baby to live in. Susan and Ashley, listen to my concerns greatly and the staff was able to do a complete turnaround and Maintenance cleaned an entire new unit! Top to bottom and it looked absolutely perfect. I am so happy with the outcome of today. I also appreciate how fast they were able to do this for us! All thanks to Susan and Ashley who could make this happen! They definitely saved the day and turned a bad situation into an amazing one!"
