"I’ve been calling this complex since last year nobody has ever answered I even left a email of August 2022 no reply I only came back to see if anything changed because I just rode by and seen a staff in the office but as you guessed no answer lol so when you see the reply’s to these concerns saying email us you still won’t get a reply I even called their corporate office in Ohio and as you guessed the extension that suited the reason I was calling I left a message and no response"

"I don’t know where to start so I’m start here . I been living in Holley Pointe since it was open at first everything was good but once Mangerment Changed it’s been going downhill. It’s things in my Apartment that been broke since I moved in the parking lot and hallways are always dirty the property manager don’t know nothing it’s always I got to talk to this person and that person . When trying to call the main office nobody never answer the phone . But some how the property manager can always reach them . When we first moved here it was suppose to be affordable living but our rent goin up anywhere from 100 to 200 dollars everything is always close from the community room to the fitness room etc a thousand dollars to stay somewhere with NO Maintenance so nothing get fixed to the PROPERTY MANGER NOT HAVING A CLUE TO WHAT SHE’S DOING WE NEED ANSWERS"
