Belle Hall Apartments

"I do not stay here, I had family that applied and got denied. I should have known something was up when I was “greeted” by one of the leasing staff (the older lady who has the back office can’t recall her name). And by greeted, I mean she looked me up and down like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Then tried to be funny about the application trying to find every little reason why my family wouldn’t be approved, yet they met the criteria that was laid out to me when I first went to get the application. Telling me that she didn’t they’d be a good fit in a 2 bedroom. Really just seemed like she was trying any excuse to not approve them. I really just feel like they scammed me out of $80. I should have gone with my gut and not submitted the application but I figured might as well because they meet the criteria that was given to them when the application was first picked up. Just all around the board the lady was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise because I can’t imagine having to deal with that kind of behavior every first of the month. Then upon reading reviews….glad they didn’t get stuck in a 12mo lease just to have to go through that every time they have to deal with the office for something. (Edit: now looking back on the application process, this lady knew we overqualified for the apartment she told us to apply for. She meticulously looked over everything, so for her to let us submit an application knowing we were going to be denied, is just wrong)"

"I enjoyed living here and so did my son. I stayed to myself and I feel like everyone in the community did as well. Very spacious and affordable. I don’t have any complaints other than me living on the 3rd floor lol. It was fine before I became pregnant."

"I have been a resident for nine years here now. This is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are very spacious and living/kitchen room is open. The management and maintenance staffs does a wonderful job with keeping the complex looking amazing. The maintenance staff work very hard to get work orders completed in a timely manner and always willing to take a moment to see how your day going. The mangers (Trina, Danielle,Wedy) are the sweetest people ever. They are always willing to help with anything you can't ask for anyone any better then them. I wish them nothing but the best in life. But hope they stay with Belle Hall Apartments cause can't see myself living here without them. This is a wonderful place to call home."

Trina as well as the other staff is always very friendly and willing to help in any way she can if you have issues in your unit. the apartments are also very specious and up to date!"
