"We can't even get our dryer pipe unclothed or our kitchen faucet fixed. There are lazy people that work here. Now I have to call a plumber to fix our kitchen sink. Which means that that bill will be deducted from the rent."
"If I could leave no star I would ❗️ We lived here from 2016-2019, it was our first apartment and the regret is real. I don’t know whether to start with the roach infestation or that they try to STEAL money from you. They expected us to come out of pocket to pay a $1,000 water bill when they knowingly had a water pipe problem going on instead of taking care of the whole bill themselves. I could go on but it’s too much to write! Have a blessed day !"
"Was here for 5 years. My 5th year was my worst year in this apartment my apartment was shot into, someone went into my car as well as my husbands car took our change (petty thieves), big roaches all in the hallway. Not a place that I would recommend at all. The best part of the maintenance which is Mike he always came through to help us get things straight."
"10 Month update: I. STILL. HAVE. ROACHES! that hasn't changed and it's worse when it's warm outside and when the landscapers cut the grass. My upstairs neighbors are still loud and even threatened me when I kept tapping my broom on the ceiling to get them to quiet down. I let the front office know, because i'm at the point of calling the police on them, all Denise could do was minimize my complaint by telling me how small their dog is... IDGAF! i'm making a noise complaint, even have recorded the noise and all she could do is try to minimize my complaint. I've emailed about issues with the apartment with Denise and Sandy both ignoring my email for 2 days and would've been longer had i not contacted their boss and called them out for ignoring me. I still have termites and now my stove is barely working. if i have more than one eye on and/or the oven on, then the main eye i use will stop working. 6 Month update: There are still roaches and the more that i reported them to the front office, the more they found "wrong" with the "cleanliness" of my apartment. So in December i found out that the ladies in the front office had been taking pictures of the interior of my apartment since the first month i had moved in (not long after my first complaint) and tried to say that my place was found unclean. They took pictures of the living room with the moving boxes still being unpacked, dishes in the sink and the trash can full. Those things don't contribute to roaches that had already been infested, but still, they used random incidents where i forgot to load the dishwasher or didn't get to the dumpster as a reason to threaten me with eviction rather than deal with the issue of their units being roach infested. Not too long after calling the headquarters and making it known that i would not put up with intimidation tactics, taking pictures of my phone via sandy's private cell phone and email, nor would i tolerate someone entering my apartment without the proper and legal 24-hr notice, they came in again when i reported holes showing up in the walls.... TERMITES! the look on denise's face when she was faced with the evidence of their being insects in the walls was priceless and infuriating because when i took a picture of the insect poking from the wall, her and the maintenance men tried to claim the video and picture weren't clear, but tearing away a piece of the wall and seeing the clear evidence was enough to see them walking around with egg on their faces. So not only do we STILL have roaches and waterbugs, but we now have termites in the ENTIRE living room wall, upstairs neighbors whose dog barks for hours at a time and they stomp loud enough that my light fixture has unscrewed from the wall, but i also have to note when the front office is in my apartment because they have come in there without notifying me, taken pictures out of context, AND sprayed my home with chemicals WHILE OUR PET WAS OUT. if you can absolutely avoid leasing here, do it. Nothing, aside from the cheap rent, is worth living here. I moved in at the end of July, so I've been here barely 3 months and I want to move out. The management staff are great, honestly better than the last place I lived in under UPA management, but these 2 ladies are just lovely. why I want to break my lease: ROACHES! I have had insect issues since moving in and i'm beyond annoyed because for the most part my place is constantly smelling like bug spray. the back patio area to include my storage closet is infested with roaches; on any given night if you flip the light on you can see them all scatter. When I first brought the issue up to the front office all they could do was correct me by saying they were waterbugs... I don't give a good goddamn what they are, it's a roach with wings as far as i'm concerned. So here I am not quite 3 months later looking at how to get out of this apartment and it's sad because this place is nice, quiet, convenient to a lot of stores and highways. The apartments are spacious and it's cozy... BUT IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES"
"I rented here from 2005-2007 and from the recent reviews I see things still haven't changed. I wrote a review in 2007 on a well known apartment review site. I'll just say they are NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY, and I was swindled out of 2k dollars for bogus fees and charges. You pay EVERY utility in the book, and yes, they have a bug problem."
