"We had issues with our apartment a lot and the manager took forever to take care of anything! He got annoyed anytime we complained and tried to evict us me and my husband ended buying a house and leaving because he is not worth the hassle but when we checked the mail the following month he put a letter in the mail stating we hadn’t paid our rent for the month we moved out before the 1st and turned in our keys the same day we moved out so that should tell you how much management pays attention"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! Just leased an apartment for 1 year and the AC has been broken since we moved in a week and a half ago. We have called every single day and cannot reach anyone. When we go to the leasing office, we are told that "we are on a list" when our apartment has been over 80 degrees for over ten days. Save yourself some trouble and PLEASE DO NOT rent one of these apartments! Serious management problems! Yikes!"

"Rating: 0-5 stars the landlord drags his a$$ to do and fix stuff and when he does do stuff he puts it off on the renter when to get stuff done (my guy you/maintenancehave keys so the renters dont need to be there). When held accountable for what a landlord should do he threatened w/eviction and other serious action when nothing like that is founded for."

"Honestly, I can never get in touch with anyone to know how the loving is. It looks like a wonderful place buy whenever I go up there during open hours the door is locked and I wait for no one to return. I call and the only person that picks up the phone is someone who apparently knows nothing about the leasing information. So yeah, I give the two stats for the outward appearance alone. Customer service is a bit more than lack luster."

"We have lived here for a few years. As far as apartment living goes, it's the best around. Love having a patio on the lake. Love watching the ducks, geese, egrets, herons and even eagles. I lived across the street for 10 years as well. Very peaceful environment."
