"Absolutely DISGUSTING apartment complex! Up to $500 in hidden fees every month. Told me they didn’t know why I owed $700 on top of my rent (multiple times) but I had to pay and threatened me with eviction multiple times. Also the staff in the front office is new practically every day and has a terrible turnover rate. Absolutely disgusting business."

"I was actually being sarcastic when I gave this place a good review, everything about my apartment was nice and the rent was affordable. The only reason I didn't renew my lease because the neighbors were rude and nasty toward every chance that they got my first day moving in they gave me a problem and every month they caused a problem with me from start to finish."

"They have roaches, the maintenance men never come and fix anything. I have had a mouse living in my cabinet for a month now and had to tape it shut because no one won’t come get it. I’m afraid it’s going to get out. I have two children under 4 and they still won’t do anything. I had a leak in my ceiling and they only painted over it!!! I could go on about this place. Not to mention the rent keep going up with all these problems"

"On their website it has an option to allow you to place an available unit on hold. Well I placed an apartment on hold on their website not a second or third party their actual website. Then I called to setup viewing of the apartment. Well the lady on who answered the phone casually informed me to disregard whats on the website they don't go by that and all units were preleased as of last week. So why is it being advertised as available on several different platforms and their website as having availability updated as early as today. Just to be told to sign up for the waiting list because nothing will be available until May."

"It took weeks to get ahold of anyone at all and when I finally spoke with someone on the phone I was given an appointment to come at 10am on Thursday to do an application I was told what to bring to this appointment. When I got there 9:45am they couldn't recall I had an appointment at all. I had gotten a money order for the application and filled it out already they seemed like they were reluctant to give me the application. I was told I would be given a call before 5pm that day never received that call either. It seems they wanted nothing more than for me to leave I doubt I will receive that call or a chance at an apartment for myself and my daughter. Poor customer service was enough to turn me away. Waste of my time. It's not my income bc of few of my coworkers live out there so yeah.. it's not even about the apartment it's how I was treated."
