"I want to start by saying staff (specifically Shelby and Ms. Sheila ) was very polite and accommodating to my medical concerns. However, this place has a roach infestation that nobody has seemed to mention. Upon move in walk thru I noticed the facility was not kept up. My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to move in and I saw live roaches, even after exterminators came out. It needs some real tlc & a good deep clean. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy with lots of homeless people and foot traffic . But overall if you’re ok with a few bugs here and there it is a decent price and nice updates. Edit : I did want to add they facility did TRY to make things right as soon as I made them aware. They sent in a cleaning crew and and exterminator to bomb after my complaint. The apartment was spotless after the fact , beside a few bugs and again very accommodating to my medical needs! Thanks again for making the situation right !"
