"I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here the unnecessary updates they are trying to do to these apartments while I still have a hole in my ceiling the size of my tub my refrigerator half works and when I refused to let them in my home to do updated because they hadn't taken care of the important issues the two male workers in the office decided to take turns threatening me with entering my home without permission and legal action I have had to contact my lawyers more than once on this place because I went 6 months without AC 3 of those months was under new management. So all these new 5 star rating you can believe them if you want but I would put my money on it that they are fake. Those two in the office are all talk and like to belittle black people as if we are uneducated I had to stop them a few times from over talking me and being loud and wrong. So if you do decide to move here just look at other places and let this be the last resort"

"My husband and I would like to personally thank a few people who work here.... Bartley, Craig, & Que... Our moving experience had been such a hassle with another rental company and we explained that to Bartley who is the leasing agent for Riverstone townhomes, as well as Paradise creek. Bartley was kind, courteous, and very understanding of our situation and our need to move. He works with his manager Craig, who is very knowledgeable and has been patient with us as well. Those two are absolutely great. We asked and they definitely delivered. Upon move in we had 1 small issue and within 24 hours it was handled. They are professionals who understand the needs of tenants and they don't hesitate to correct any issues that you may experience. Special shoutout to the maintenance guy Que, who is always on call even after business hours and will be of service to most of your maintenance needs. We have been here for a week and I must say, I'm very grateful that we chose to move here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The only noise that I've heard is from cars passing by, and for us that provides a sense of security like no other. Thanks again to Bartley, Craig, and Que. If you are looking for an apartment or townhouse give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed!!"
