"My aunts live in this apartment complex. They have NEVER had a carpet replacement. Stains don't come out. I even called for them to see the floor. The filters have never been changed in 6 years! They are both disabled and they deserve to live in a safety. My aunts have called repeatedly but no response. They have been told they cannot be cleaned. There is mold under carpet from 3 water leaks. Unclean vents and mold is not healthy!"
"These people do not care about their tenants. I have lived here 6 years now and have been told they will not change my carpets after 3 incidents of water damage to floors and carpet in the time of residing in this apartment. Now, I have not had A/C working for 2 weeks now. Been told unless over 85° outside it's not considered an emergency. I am a disabled tenant and breathing stale air is not good. Opening windows during the day just brings more heat in the house. Cooking makes it hotter and dryer running does the same."
"I previously added a review on this property. After it was written, the owners responded saying to get in touch with then so they can help, basically. Sotheby's sent the office manager to our apartment to tell us NO they can't replace the carpet as she only gets enough money for one apartment per year and she already has 3 empty apartments that needs new carpet. She suggested that we get throw rugs to cover the carpet. Mind you I am medically deemed disabled and considered a fall risk. Doctors don't advised people with vertigo to have rugs as they are a trip and fall risk. I then ask what if there is mold or mildew under the carpet. She then sniffs and states that it doesn't smell like mold or mildew. Now...am I crazy? Can you always smell mold or mildew? This not anything to do about caring about your tenants. These apartments are in an ideal location. Especially when we have no vehicle."
"I currently live out here in a two bedroom. First off the employee in the leasing office is never there. She never answers the phone nor return your calls. They also never want to fix anything"
