The units are well maintained and the grounds provide great amenities. The storage options including full garages is one of the reasons I chose this complex and they are reasonably priced and big enough for just about any vehicle. Home purchase is the only reason I would leave."

"Lived here for a year - I can say without a doubt that the staff is some of the most helpful and friendly you can get! Price is a little bit on the high side, but you get great amenities and a very safe location with that cost. Application and lease signing process was a breeze compared to other places, and they were very responsive if there were any problems! Gym is basic but great in a pinch, pool is fantastic, and the groundskeeping was phenomenal!"

"Adalay Bay Apartment Home, I can say is a great place to live, it is a pet friendly luxury apartments. I've lived here for more than a year and the apartment complex is always clean. Maintenance is exceptional. Office staff are some of the most accommodating people I have dealt with. They have recently upgraded all apartments with a smart home technology which is excellent. I love the coffee lounge where you can enjoy endless Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. The fitness center is kinda small but fully equipped. The Business Center is awesome, I use the room every week for my Bible study with my church mates. And the swimming pool and the firepit area is absolutely wonderful. The property location is perfect, very accessible to everything. I just wish that they will give at least one assigned parking space to all tenants with vehicle. I would highly recommend you come check the place out for Yourself."
