"Over priced Sq footage. 30+ dollars a SqFt Ventilation in the entire building is atrocious. Hallways caked with dust. Actually had to check into a patient first because of the serious migraines and breathing issues from such poor ventilation in this building. The idea they're selling is fan night life with modern appliance with a rolling closet door lol to a washer and dryer fit for literally 3 outfits. Good luck trying to wash your bed sheets lol. Inflated prices due to the pandemic. Exploitative in my personal opinion. Would not recommend."
"Favorite place I have lived. Building and apartments are well maintained, unique and homey. Property management staff responds to questions and maintenance requests within 24 hours. Not to mention the location, in the heart of the fan, walkable to all the wonderful restaurants and bars. Could not recommend this apartment building more."
"Landmark was my first ever apartment experience and I couldn't be happier with it. Kim was always super helpful and responsive. Any maintenance requests were answered promptly and taken care of. The apartment itself was very charming and in an awesome location. Most utilities are included which is great, a highlight was week day trash pick up right outside your door. I would recommend this complex!"
"I’ve been living here @ Landmark for almost 2yrs and I absolutely LOVE my apartment! It’s simply perfect...the tall ceilings, beautiful floors and cabinetry are just a few of my favorite things. Management (Kim) has been wonderful to work with, very kind. Maintenance is super easy to schedule and always done timely. I have the best neighbors anyone could ask for. Location location location!!! I walk daily to some of my favorite restaurants and bars. This has been a great experience.. highly recommended!"
"I had the pleasure of living at Landmark at 1700 for the last year and had the best experience. My apartment was top-of-the-line -- absolutely beautiful upgrades and finishes. We had convenient private parking behind our building so, as a resident, you never had to stress about finding parking in the city. And the best part -- the property manager (Kim LaVoie) and service team. Kim always took care of my questions and requests SUPER FAST and had excellent communication. I always felt taken care of and had a peace of mind while living at Landmark. Thank you, Landmark, it was an awesome experience!"
