"Car window was broken into and my second night here (which is weird cause i see they have a security presence, but the apartment has been great no issues so far."

"Have been living here since June. Management has lost our paperwork twice, given false info about trash times, ect to push fees onto residents. The walls are paper thin to the point you can't sleep because you hear anything that happens near you. Cockroachs on premises. Lack of proper utilities and lack of response to issues make paying 1500+ a month not worth it. Stay away if you're looking to for a place to move."

"I love living here, the apartment is outstanding, love the high ceilings, exposed brick and hardwood floors. Some things could be better, people have a tendency to not pick up after their dogs mess outside, the backdoor on Everett St constantly has issues with people leaving the door open, and there is a hole in the parking lot on the Everett side as well that has not been addressed months after I brought it to management attention."

"Building is outdated and you can hear the neighbors through the walls very clearly. Management has changed hands a few times with no improvements, maintenance takes forever and most of the time doesn’t come. Security is also an issue, sometimes vagrants can be found sleeping in the stairwell."
