Maisonette Apartments

"The design is pretty cool. Reminds me of some of those old beach houses, my family used to rent out during vacations. I did have to preclean, when I first moved in (the floor was full of dead bugs). Once I got all of that straight, and put a couple of those odor absorbing buckets, in my closet and over the high cabinet, the weird smell, went away. Took about a week. As of now, the apartment, is normalized. Far as bugs and roaches, keep in mind, they are attracted to water. Keeping the bathtub, dried out, and not leaving water or dishes, in the sink, really will kill motive for bugs to want and come in. There's nothing for them to get. Roaches were kind of bad, at first, but I haven't seen any, for the last 2 months. Honestly, if the cost stays good, it's not a bad spot..plus I found a cool friend who needed my help. She came to my door, one cold morning."

"Maintenance sucks at fixing issues, they raise rent prices but still do a horrible job at fixing things, people throw garbage anywhere, a pipe bursts in the bathroom causing the apartment to flood, there was a crack under the wall where rain water would come in, the ceiling would leak and create tears and holes in the ceiling, mice and roach infested all for no space or privacy and high rent prices, would not recommend ever"

"I met a friend there to drop off some items for outreach. It was kind of a hard place to find. I'm talking about the address that he gave me. I couldn't find it. I did find the place itself but not the trailer. They definitely need to change the map up"

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This place is by far THE WORST ! All I’m going to say is BED BUGS !!! Please read the reviews before considering this place. They are cheap and easy to get approved for a reason !!!! Oh and cats are ALL over the place. These are not even apartments, they are efficiencies. Please don’t be fooled by the picture on the website, definitely check them out for yourself. Oh and be sure to watch out for the neighborhood watch lady that feeds all the cats that’s if she’s still there. Rent at your own risk."

"My in-laws live here and for the most part it is ok. I believe the rent is to high for such a small apartment. Looks like every apartment is 3 rooms, a combined living room/kitchen, bedroom, and a tiny bathroom. It isn't bad for them since it is just the 2 of them but it doesn't look like the grounds are maintained very well by the owners and even though they are supposed to park by their apartments it seems as though people park wherever they please. There is a lot of potholes (it is gravel) thought the area. People fly through this area instead of slowing down to make sure the rocks do not fly up and hit someone or something. I do not really care for this place."
