"I have lived on this property for a little over a year. I've had HVAC issues since I moved in. Mar 2022. This will be the 4th time my ac unit has went completely out of commission. They've sent 3 different companies to repair the issue, the last time before this one was in July. The solution is a less than mediocre window fan. I'm glad to not have had many other issues. The fact that they have been working on the same issue for a year, and it's still broken."
"I moved into a one bedroom apartment and brought all my stuff in there and i was about to get settled in but then there was a lot of roaches crawling around at night on the kitchen counter and on the floor and in my bedroom!! And when I went out to get bug spray there were more roaches climbing the wall in the hallway! Serious pest problem!!"

Her customer service and warming heart cannot be matched anywhere else! I honestly feel like family in the short time I’ve been here.
