"I honestly regret moving here wish I would’ve signed a short term lease instead of a year. It’s semi quite but my neighbor is the worst and so is maintenance. Oh and the roaches I didn’t see any the first few nights then they started to appear in my bathtub, coming out of the wall outlets and from the person across from me , I sprayed because the company they have spraying is not doing a good job at all. The water comes out boiling hot I don’t even need to use my stove to cook with, I’m honestly afraid that if I stay in the shower too long I would receive 3rd degree burns. The worst part of it is that the pipes runs together so whomever you share a side with if they flush the toilet or turn their water on the water reaches boiling point.I thought it would be a decent place but I thought wrong. The apartments are thrown together the paint in the shower peels every day and before they painted you can see how nasty the previous tenant was. The carpet is coming up and it just needs a lot of work. So my guess is they did some quick patch work just to hold up until the tenant moves in and it all crumbles down as time progresses. I thought they had an on-site laundry facility which was advertised. I can’t wait to get away from this dangerous place!!!! If I could go back and rewind time I would honestly reconsider but hey you live and learn."

"We have been here for nine years. This is the third rental management team. These apartments have been downhill since 2015-2016. Maintenance is a joke. Customer service is sketchy. We have been without a working central air/heating system for seven months. The maintenance team has attempted to fix it about six times. It's depressing. Don't move here if you want to have needed repairs done."

"They charge you for services they did not do. I had a fire in my apt they never came to paint or do anything they was support to do but that want that rent every month"

"If i can give it zero stars i would. Dunston manor is the worst place i have ever lived. They are full of s*** and they are robbing people. Nobody knows what is going on. They dont fix anything and they claim they had to use my whole 1100 dollar deposit to fix a door that was already broken when i moved in and i recorded it and put it on the list of things that was wrong with my apartment...a rug and to paint the hallway walls. Plus i had a credit of 678 and used 550 to break the lease so if the carpet and door is 150 each thats no more than 300 dollars where is the rest of my money. I will be taking them to court if it is not fixed. They are giving me the run around because they dont want to give me my money back but i have every last piece of paper for my proof....Do Not and i mean Do Not move here if you value your time money and space. Also they say they have on site laundry thats a lie. I asked management where its at they said they dont know if they have one. The apartment wasnt even fixed when i moved in and sonia said she would have them fix it. Ive been putting work orders in since i moved in oct. But they always claim they lost the work orders or they dont know what happened because they switched management to lynette. But now they want to charge me for the last person who was living there before me. I dont think so i took pictures of how i moved in and i have witnesses so we will see about them keeping my whole deposit"

"I went to go visit a friend that lives around here. I was only gonna be in her house for a short amount of time , so I decided to just park in front of her house not in visitors. I wasn't aware that these ghetto apartments tow 24/7. They towed my car and when I went to the rental office to ask for the information about the tow place. THE RENT LADY DIDNT KNOW THE TOW COMPANY NAME, NO NUMBER, NO NOTHING. She kept saying she was new but thats not an excuse. She should KNOW whats going on around her apartment complex . I WAS VERY DISGUSTED !"
