"What a dump. The old woman in the office is miserable and has no qualms showing it. Maintenance is slow and the workmanship is pathetic. They are pre fabricated and the walls are paper thin. And if you walk in the kitchen with hard sole shoes it sounds like someone dropping 5 lb weights. The rent is way too high for what you get. It’s location is its only selling point. Move in and see for yourself. Good luck!"
"Pros: Quiet neighborhood Close to lots of shops Reasonable rent prices Clean Maintenance requests fixed within a day Nice porches on all units No upstairs/downstairs neighbors (all one level) Cons: No “extras” such as pool, dog park, etc. A/C units are not powerful enough in warmer months Sidewalks flood in spots in heavy rain Office not open on weekends Only one office employee and sometimes would not be in the office when needed In my opinion, the pros far outweigh the cons. If we were not moving out of town, we would have probably stayed much longer."
