"My partner and I recently moved from out of state, and I am happy to share our great experience with the leasing consultant, Lahell, and the assistant property manager, Boban. Both make a great team and have remarkable patience, providing clear and concise answers to our inquiries in the weeks leading up to our big move. Not only did Lahell and Boban guide us seamlessly through the leasing process, but they also exceeded our expectations in ensuring a smooth transition. Our unit surpassed our initial expectations, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision to make Element our new home. We are genuinely thrilled with our choice to reside at Element, and having Lachell and Boban as our guides really takes this experience over the top."
"I moved from the US West to Virginia and I was looking for an apartment in a comfortable and quiet neighborhood which had all the necessary facilities. I came across Elements at Stonebridge and absolutely fell in love with the apartments and the neighborhood. And what made my experience even more better is the management team. Boban Ristov helped me with the leasing procedures and showed me multiple apartments that I requested. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick in helping me move in on the date I wanted. It makes me happy to meet people who love their job and keep their customers happy. I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone. The move in went very smooth and neat. And the area feels very safe as well."
"We move into this apartment in November and we've loved it since we've been here. Where our unit is located is pretty quiet, which is a very big change from living in the city and dealing with sirens and people outside all night. Things are kept up really well in the community areas, even though the community room closes at 5:30 due to residents staying in there till all hours in the morning -- but I get it. Lachell was great getting everything set up for us to move, especially since this is our first apartment, and has taken time to be quick with answering all of our questions and concerns since we've moved in, as well as checking in and making sure we're doing okay. The apartment itself is very spacious and prior to us moving in, the carpets and everything were cleaned or kept very clean by the previous tenant, which we really appreciated. It's also really nice for an animal person to live here, seeing as though I've gotten to meet lots of our four legged neighbors lol. Overall we've really been enjoying our lease here at Element!"
"I’ve been living at Element for almost a year now and I enjoy it, since day one everyone at the leasing office is professional and polite. The location is great, really convenient. One of the Managers Boban is always there if I need help about anything and he will always make sure I get the best service. I am definitely going to renew, I recommend this apartment community to everyone!"
"Husband and I lived here for 30 months. At first it was very nice, very updated and clean. Had very minor issues, such as icky buildup on faucets that happened EXTREMELY quickly (im talking days to look like the image below), and a high efficency front loading washer that never quite smelled clean no matter how much i scrubbed the moldy gasket. As i said, small things. However partway into our second lease (I think), the complex was bought and a new management company came in. They did a few updates, nothing super crazy, just some backsplash and painting, but when my husband and I got our renewal letter this spring, they had jacked up the price of our 1br to $1700+ (from 1300ish), and that was BEFORE the fees and such that they added on top that were once included in the rent under the old management. (A dumpster fee on top of valet trash fee?? And when the dumpster constantly overflows and is unusable?) When we submitted our notice, we were begged not to leave. Not once, or even twice, but four times my husband received phone calls from the office trying to sweeten the deal to get us to stay, including not raising the rent at all. It was apparent to us that the new management was capitalizing on the skyrocketing rent-flation of the pandemic, but had a nasty surprise when people didn't want to pay over 1800 all told for an 800sqft apartment and had to backtrack once people put in their notices. To top ALL of it off, and this has less to do with the management than the rest, there is a small roundabout between the buildings and I swear to God the amount of times another driver nearly hit me because they don't know how to use a damn traffic circle... it was over 20 times in the 2.5 years I lived here. I give a 2 out of 5 because while it wasn't awful, I certainly wouldn't recommend to a friend."
