"I came in today for a tour of this apartment community and let me just say this was the absolute best experience I have ever had. Wow! The leasing consultant Carter and property manager Gayle gave me such a warm and inviting welcome to the community that I just wanted to move in today. Carter was so patient and kind in showing me around the complex, reviewing the different model layouts and even giving me a little history on the property. I mean he truly covered everything and attentively addressed all of my concerns. I am truly impressed. I can’t wait to move and so excited to have found The Station. Thank you Carter and Gayle for a great first experience!!"

"Although it was time to move out, living at the Station was nothing but Amazing. I was a resident for almost a year, and i literally had not a single issue. The units are beautiful and very clean! Miranda was great from the very beginning. She made sure that she did all that she could in any situation. When I first moved in I got a very cute welcoming gift. They are always celebrating their residents and making sure they are as involved as they can be, even when them folks are breaking the rules lol. Miguel was so friendly, always stuck his hand out to pet my doggy, I didn’t interact with Anna as much but she always had a smile and was willing to assist. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my stay at The Station, it was the best place I’ve lived thus far."

"This apartment has everything and then some! Luxury Apartment The high ceilings and windows on the top floor are nice for those that love natural lighting! The wrap-around balcony is also nice and provides enough space for patio furniture. The units come with a washer/dryer and granite countertops. The bathrooms have great storage space and lighting. The bedrooms are nicely sized and can accommodate a king-sized mattress. Amenities The amenities here are superb! The gym has a great selection of weights and machines for everybody, regardless of one’s preference. There are a lot of relaxing, sitting areas offered inside and outside. The fire pit area is a favorite! This place doesn’t disappoint and offers something for everybody! Saved the Best for Last The most enjoyable part - there’s a phenomenal team with hearts of gold that manage and maintain this place! They do a wonderful job and take great care of ALL of their residents! Your concern is their concern! Nothing is neglected here! You will be prioritized here and welcomed in like family. The community manager does her best to make this a great, safe, enjoyable community! From ice cream bars, food truck events, and friendly gestures left at the front door, she lets it be in known that each resident is valued. The maintenance manager promptly acts on maintenance work orders. If he doesn’t know how to fix it, he calls the right third party in to get it done correctly. He is knowledgeable, funny, and respectful. Great people, nice community, and it’s all close to shopping and dining. You won’t be disappointed living here!"

"Miranda and Anna were extremely helpful and made the move in process very easy. I was moving from a different state and needed an apartment at a short notice. When I reached out, the team was very responsive and made the application process quick/easy. Once I moved in and got settled in, Miguel was very polite and quick to conduct any maintenance issues. I recommend this apartment to anyone moving to the area. It is a very quiet, safe, and clean area. The apartment complex is fairly new, so the facilities are very nice and clean. The pool is well maintained and is a great amenity for families. Lastly, the apartment complex has a great gym. One room has a squat rack/deadlift platform and heavier dumbbells. The main gym room has most of the machines, treadmills, and lighter dumbbells."

"Now that we have lived here for a while, I can review better. We absolutely love it here! Miranda, Anna, and Miguel are amazing and treat you like family. They are quick to respond to any issues you may have, although we haven’t had any major issues. It’s a beautiful and clean community and most of the residents do their part by keeping it clean as well. The station is a more personable complex and as stated before, you’re treated like family. The apartments are clean and have a lot of space. I can honestly say, if you are thinking about moving here, come and see for yourself. It’s beautiful here!"
