"Posting this review as I already spoke with someone in the leasing department and nothing has been done. There’s a new neighbor downstairs that take his dog out of the back fenced in area, and lets the dog use the bathroom and doesn’t pick up after it- there’s dog feces everywhere, absolutely disgusting. It’s in your lease that dog owners must pick up after their dog- I wish the leasing department would enforce their leases. Also- the same neighbor has had this huge couch and high paper box in the walk way for a week + now, a fire safety issue if I do say so myself.. also in the lease that residents can’t leave items or trash in the breezeway, this place doesn’t enforce anything and is going to trash."
"Sandy Wells the property manager helps me feel so welcome. Everything in the apartment looks great clean community looks very clean and safe. Received my keys and key fob and the process was so quick and easy. Kudos to Sandy for a phenomenal job."
"The Good: The floor plan is great, the appliances are nice, and the community has been friendly. Facilities such as the pool, gym, and car maintenance station puts Garden Springs head and shoulders above others in the area. Conveniently located just minutes away from everything you'd need, including grocery stories, Wawa, and countless great restaurants. Pocahontas State Park is merely minutes away. The Bad: 1. It seems like the leasing process is single-threaded through someone higher up, and the lease was literally the last thing they gave me, the morning of the move-in after I invested thousands of dollars into the moving process. I applied on a Monday, they told me that I could move in on Saturday. I provided everything at the drop of a hat (proof of income, security deposit, renter's insurance, etcetera). I was moving from over 4 hours away, and I didn't receive a lease to sign until I was halfway there on Saturday morning. Nerve-wracking to say the least. Even a draft copy of the lease to understand the terms and conditions would have been appreciated. 2. I arrive and the apartment is fantastic, for the most part. A couple small things to fix such as the blinds, no big deal. All is great until I step out on to the patio, which I almost confused for an active crime scene. The patio under the railing is caked in bird feces an inch thick, with bird eggs and baby bird carcasses scattered across the entire patio. Quite frankly, I find it inexcusable that they would even hand over the keys to a tenant with the patio in this state. I've been here for 3 days and it still hasn't been addressed. Despite these sticking points, I'm looking forward to my time here. I just hope they send a team of people in HAZMAT suits to sort out this patio as soon as possible."
"My husband and I arrived around 8:55 am for our 9 am appointment. The door was still locked because they hadn't opened yet. A gentleman came and opened the door like he was doing us a favor and barely said a word to us. The leasing agent came out and said she was going to show us the model. I told her I didn't want to see the model. She said that's all that was available. I told her I was corresponding w/someone there and had told them I wanted to see the available apartment. She flatly said that was a bot and all I could see was the model. No apology or anything. I took off work and drove thirty minutes to see it and was clearly upset. My husband wanted to see the model since we were already there so we toured it and took the printouts she provided. We went to another apartment complex right after that, Colony at Centerpointe. The leasing agent, Diamond,` was so much nicer!!! We toured the actual apartment for rent which was much nicer than the one at Garden Springs and it was about $300/month cheaper. We ended up signing a lease there. Long story short, go somewhere else."
