"The rental office associates Kiliel and Justin have been a breeze to work with. My entire process has been seamless so far, and surprisingly I received awesome customer service despite what some of the previous reviews state below. I have had only a couple small cosmetic issues that have since been reported to maintenance. Other than that everything has been amazing so far. The company is under new management, and I say go and see for yourself the culture and environment inside the rental office to make your own judgement. Chances are you will not be disappointed."

"I loved living here until Levco Management took over. Horrific management company. They took over Belmont Hills townhomes on Dec. 20th, 2023 and as of January 5th, 2024 there has been no announcement made on how to pay rent online. They also never answer the phone and their voicemail has been constantly full. All autopayments and maintenance requests were canceled, and no working website has been put in place for existing residents. When my roommate went to ask about how to pay rent and why the transition wasn’t seamless, he was given the excuse that “transferring everything over would have taken months”, so they just decided not to do it. They haven’t even sent a single email to residents since their hostile takeover. I’m so highly disappointed in this experience and I really wish they never purchased our community. I highly recommended steering AWAY from Levco management."

"While looking for a new place to live, I came upon Belmont Hills townhouses. I did a tour with Fletcher. She was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Her professionalism and kind nature won me over. My move in went very smoothly. Fletcher and Davonte were awesome. During my walk through and after my move in, I found a couple of things that needed to be addressed. Once my work orders were put in, the maintenance crew was on top of everything. Larry, Claude and Evan were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. Everything was done quickly and correctly. They told me not to hesitate to let them know if I needed further assistance. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Larry was quiet and efficient. Claude was hilarious. And Evan was a funny gentle giant. They are all keepers!! I would definitely recommend Belmont Hills as a great place to live."
