"We’ve been living at Landmark at Patterson for 11 years. It used to be called Yorktown and was owned by Wilton. The property was nice when we moved in and was a comfortable place to live for the first few years. Then Landmark bought the property and the bugs and trash came to stay. The dumpsters and grounds became out of control. Pathways that used to be walkable are now mud pits with fence boards and trash laid out to walk across. They continue to use unaccountable contractors who subcontract to even more unqualified workers who polyurethane the floors on a Friday, no wind turbine or ventilation which valid contractors legally would use. They close the windows and gas adjacent apartments for a week. The property sent us misleading information about the products they used and down played how dangerous they are. Contractors will start at 7:00 in the morning and scatter nails, screws and trash that never gets picked up. We have always had 1 truck since we lived here and have parked in the same designated spot for 11 years. We woke up this past Saturday to find our truck was towed secretly in the middle of the night from our assigned spot that matches our license plate that the property asked for when they began assigned parking. By tow truck I mean a tiny red truck no bigger than mine with a hook pulling my truck backwards 30 mins across town by the airport while we slept. I was forced to Uber out there and pay to get my truck back. He admitted they made a mistake because a neighbor near us had been having their spot taken recently and the parking spots have faded or missing assigned numbers. They said they have asked Landmark to provide them with license plate numbers so they don’t tow the wrong vehicles anymore but Landmark refuses to provide them. The Landmark property management has always been shady and they argue like lawyers."
"These girls at the rental office are absolutely awesome. They go out of the way to help you . Glad I picked here to move"
"I called the office during the week and weekends and they never answer the phone. And then the message “the humans are busy right now” APPARENTLY THEY ARE BUSY 8h every day because they never answer the calls. REALLY BAD SERVICE."
"What can I say? I LOVE WHERE I LIVE!! From the office staff to the maintenance staff, I have been super pleased with my home!! Like others have stated in previous reviews we are conveniently located close to anything you can think of. The experience living here has been the best and I have truly enjoyed. When the time comes to for me to purchase my own home, I will be sad to leave. Thank you Landmark at Patterson!"
"I just leased my new apartment on Feb 3rd and I’m extremely disappointed. My apartment looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. My kitchen is completely outdated. I have no doors on my closets in the bedrooms. My stove looks like it’s been here since the apartment was built. There are no electrical sockets in the bathrooms and only one socket in the kitchen! The floors are scuffed up throughout the apartment. I used the washer machine twice and it’s broken already. The mailbox is worn out and needs to be replaced. When I mentioned that, the leasing agent said if it’s still usable they don’t replace it. The apt was not properly cleaned at all. When I first came to tour I was shown a different apartment that I was told I would be leasing. Come move in day I find out I’m getting a different apartment. By this time I’ve already signed the lease for the new apt. The leasing agent said she sent me a text message notifying me of an apartment change but I didn't receive it. I didn’t get a follow up message either. The apartment I was shown was updated with a up to date kitchen, refrigerator and oven. I feel like I was cheated and thrown into anything. If you move here make sure your apartment looks like what’s being advertised. The leasing agent told me she would let me know what my options were come Monday far as a new apartment but all I received was a message from her saying “it’s crazy that I didn’t get her txt message but I guess that’s technology”. I called the office several times on Monday about this issue but no answer. I hope this never happens to anybody else. Renters beware!"
