"Me and my partner had been looking for a luxury place at a reasonable price and walked into one of the best places we have ever seen. We worked with Mary, and she was the sweetest woman I have ever encountered. She worked with us day in and day out to make sure that we were secured in the apartment that we wanted, maintenance is fast if needed, there is a rooftop we have access too, the gym is 24 hours, when I tell you EVERYTHING is amazing and secure it really is! "Wonderful community vibes, helpful and neighborly staff, A+++ amenities, and an unbeatable view (must be seen to be believed). Moved in over a weekend with zero problems! From Mary (our super kind and hospitable receptionist) to the concierge Desiree (knowledgeable and quick to assist with any request) to the maintenance guys (my man Marvin holds it down). Everything has been exceptional! We are so pleased with every part of the 27 Atlantic process. From the application right through move in, every step has been easy breezy and we look forward to enjoying the rest of the summer in our dream home. We applied from out of state without ever visiting the property and have no regrets whatsoever. We felt totally supported even though we had a million questions and were greeted like friends on arrival. I wish there were more than five stars! "What a great place to live. We recently downsized and weren’t sure what we wanted to do and contacted 27 Atlantic. From the initial contact with Karen, we knew this is really where our dogs and us were meant to be. We have made so many new friends, enjoyed the monthly socials they have and enjoy visiting the expansive gym. The rooftop deck is simply amazing.
