If and when we have a maintenance issue it’s always taken care of correctly and efficiently. Austin and his team are all great! It’s great place to live for anyone! "I have lived at Linkhorn Bay Apartments for about 5 years. I moved into a freshly remodeled apartment. Like all apartments, condo's or similar shared spaces your experience depends a great deal on the neighbors you have closest to you. That isn't something the company can control. Anything within the control of Linkhorn Bay has been dealt with promptly, professionally, and I believe appropriately. The fact that I have renewed my lease so many times, speaks to the fact that as far as apartment living goes, Linkhorn Bay does a great job to make this a good place for a lot of people to share space. Yes you can hear your neighbors, and sometimes you're going to see a bug. That is true for 100% of apartments regardless of price range. There are going to be maintenance issues, I've had my share, and they were handled with exceptional speed (typically within a few hours at most), professionalism, and the job was done properly the first time around. While I may renew my lease only one more time, that is simply because I will be buying a home. I have not seen another apartment community I'd prefer to live in. So until I purchase, I will call LHB home. The fair pricing has allowed me to save money to purchase. The jet noise is of course a problem, but as stated before, anything within the control of the community is handled appropriately, that just simply isn't in their control."

"Do not move here. We moved in a few months ago because the area looked good and they offered so many amenities. We have had a leak in our ceiling for over 2 months (which was reported immediately) and they’ve just been putting bandaids on it since. Maintenance will just walk in after knocking and not even giving you an opportunity to reply. They never schedule any maintenance and typically won’t even come back the day they’ve stated they will. I’ve had a meeting with the manager at the leasing office, Melissa, where she agreed they were falling short and thanked me for having the meeting to give them another opportunity to fix it. I’ve sent in a few emails directly to her and the main office and they are not even replying anymore. I’m living in mold. We’ve gotten sick. My closet door has fallen off. Our bathtub barely drains (likely because they dropped drywall into it and didn’t clean up properly). They never clean up after themselves and never let me know when they’ll be back, so I’m left to clean up their construction mess. They have cut holes in nearly every room to “find out what’s wrong” after they’ve already told me it was fixed the first time. We’ve submitted so many work orders for this one issue and been living like this for weeks with all complaints being dismissed. I’ve requested to be moved to another unit and we have been ignored. It’s not worth what you’re paying by any means. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been so patient and understanding and it’s been thrown in my face. Don’t make the same mistakes as we did. I’m now having to look at other methods of resolving the leak or being faced with the process of moving when this is 100% owner responsibility. I have reached out to PRG and have yet to receive a response as well. So disappointed in a company that pretends to have it together when they do clearly do not know how to train their employees nor handle themselves and their work protocols professionally. Homes should be a safe space, so why isn’t mine? 10/31 update: I went into the office and spoke with Melissa and she got everything resolved for me! While she agreed that they failed to hold up their end of the bargain, they were experiencing some IT issues and our maintenance issue had never been seen before. All the work has been repaired and looks much better. I truly appreciate Linkhorn Bay taking the time, money, and effort to rectify this issue and compensate us for the hassle. Happy to be in my clean, safe home once more."

"I am finally living in my dream place! I feel like I am on vacation! From start to finish such a wonderful experience. Several things to enjoy! Two pools one outside and one inside, hot tub, gym and sauna and a package center. The whole neighborhood is amazing and everyone is quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking. My balcony which is HUGE is over looking the fountain. Plan to stay a long time."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not live here. This place has been a nightmare & absolute hell for me & my husband for months. TLDR: Constant sewage back up, terrible staff communication, insects, moldly appliances, faulty building construction, parking sucks. The day we moved into our ground floor apartment the fridge, the dishwasher, and the outside storage room were full of mold. All the complex would replace was the fridge, they "bleach cleaned" the dishwasher but our dishes still smell horrible and we had to clean out the storage room ourselves. The unit was also a filled with spiders, waterbugs, and ants when we moved in. Sewage backs up into our only bathtub and toilet on a constant basis. We've asked them 3 times to come out and seal the bottom of our only toilet, and it still leaks. The first night it rained in the apartment, a waterfall of water streamed in through the windows of both bedrooms and the drywall fell out of both the window frames. The wood of the window frames was so soaked with water they were crumbling apart, which meant this was an issue before we moved in and Linkhorn did nothing about it. Its been two whole months, our windows still leak, and we still have holes in the dry wall. We battle on a daily basis to keep insects out of our home. We ask for Terminex to come out and the office will cancel the work order. The complex does not send groundskeepers to sweep or blow the steps leading to the ground floor apartments and after a few days our front door is covered in cobwebs, spiders, roaches, and wasp nests unless we clean them out ourselves. Parking here is atrocious. You get one assigned space per apartment, if you have a second vehicle you're SOL. Cars pack the streets leading up to this place & people drive like maniacs here. The office staff's communication is non-existant. Their idea of informing residents is sending out emails or messages via the app, and these notifications will come out at the end of the day, at close of business, so they cannot be bothered to answer any calls or questions. They will not give you the courtesy to call you to notify you of anything. I have been asleep in my apartment and had members of maintenance or contractors open my door & walk in without announcing themselves. As a female I cannot express to you how terrifying this is. And the jet noise, my God the jet noise, day and night is enough to drive you mad."
