"Cheap doesn’t always mean better and something is usually sacrificed in relation whether that be quality of product and/or service! In these crazy times with inflation this place seemed like the perfect steal! I was advised by the property manager in order to hold the apartment I must pay a security deposit which was the cost of advertised rent. Within 24 hours of submitting pay I requested a refund that I wasn’t moving forward. No lease was ever created and the apartment was never removed from the site. Even after property manager agreed to refund she didn’t clarify that I would only receive a portion of the security deposit back. It took them over a month just to issue PART of the amount. The company is charging me for leasing fees and claiming administrative damages and says the admin damages include “accounting burden”. Nothing more infuriating than feeling someone is trying to find loopholes to take advantage of someone out of greed. Poor customer service and with reading others experiencing the same, I wonder why they don’t look into the misleading wording and poor unethical sales practice by staff."
"I was offered a better opportunity with my job and didn’t realize I had 2 days to find a place. I went online and emailed about a place I liked. Brian Brooks emailed back right away and we shared numbers. He texted. And even showed up on a Sunday to help me find what I needed. It meant so much that he was willing to work on his day off to help me so my family could be apart of everything. He found me the perfect place. I am finally happy. I love it here. He also is there whenever I need him which is a lot to say about someone nowadays. I’m so so glad he answered and had blessed me with so much. I owe him. He’s ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! These apartments are affordable and just perfect!! Love love my new home!!"
