"Great place, awesome comfortable beds, all needed kitchen supplies , and clean. Stayed 3 months for work and can say this is the best hotel stay I've ever had. You don't hear neighbors , it's so quiet you can sleep thru the day! Or you open your door and realize that everyone has already left . You control your own ac, heat, and hot water tank to your rooms. No cold showers! Wish there were more Affordable Corps, But they wouldn't have ... The Best damn manager ever! Joshua is charismatic, smart and funny. Has been my bestest friendly face( and a great laugh) away from home. Made it more tolerable to be away so long. Will def look for ACS in my future travels. "Everything from my first call and talking to Joshua has been A1. I let him know I am here for work and will be here for a while.Joshua made my check in super easy from the start. From texting me when my room was ready to sending me check in info straight to my phone. My room was very clean when I arrived. Joshua asked me what Temp I prefer and had it set when I arrived. Everything was quick and easy. The property is in a quiet neighborhood setting close to shopping and eating areas. The property looks neat with a comfortable feel. I would def recommend this property to others."
"Needed a last minute extended place for my father who was in a wheel chair after breaking his hip. Josh could not possibly have been more helpful in providing what we needed. beautiful grounds, wonderful comfortable apartment like room. would recommend to any one needing either a long term, or short stay. would absolutely stay here again any time."
"I give this place 5 excellent stars to the moon and back. This is a very clean, neat, beautiful place on the outside and inside. Most importantly Mr. Joshua the manager is one of the most caring, down to earth, slightly emotional, but in a good way, human being to rent from. I have only met one other landlord that was close to being the nicest as Mr. Joshua. I do recommend this place to everyone and anyone promise you won’t be let down."
