"Not as advertised They allow smoking here it states that it is non smoking this is a false advertisement. They do not enforce the rules at all. There is no fitness room as advertised. There is NO on site laundry, you can rent a washer dryer combo from them if you dont have your own but it advertises on site laundry. there is no club house for the kids. kids play ball in the parking lot around cars, throw sticks and rocks around cars, are not monitored by parents or anyone. trash everywhere and cigarette butts all over. claims to be non smoking but thats a huge lie. rent somewhere else not here. Parents do not supervise their children. Dogs bark because they kids are playing where they shouldn't. Apartments all smell like smoke even if you don't smoke because smokers aren't considerate of those around them and office does not enforce the rules."

"I liked living here. Staff were friendly and worked with you. Occasional noise, but I lived in Philly and Baltimore so I didn’t mind the noise and kids playing outside. I'd prefer the kids playing outside to video games. The maintenance is kept up. No mold or roaches. It's not really low income where the rent changes due to your income. U cannot make over a certain amount to move in, but if your income goes lower your rent never changes. I don't like the fact that the exercise room will not reopen or the pool is CLOSED a good portion of the summer the pool is too small to enjoy. These amenities are the reason for the price. All in all a nice place to live."
