"I was able to move my mother and aunt into this apartment complex without major difficulties. It can be accomplished online but it takes legwork. The AI, Andy, is very helpful with general rental questions. I was able to drop off paperwork even if the office was closed. The apartment is clean and has some upgrades. My only complaint is that the first floor apartments need more lighting at the entryways."

"Great people and very responsive office. Laundry is very accessible any time which is nice. My mother moved in and has been very happy with apartment and the environment as well as her new neighbors."

"This place is a mess, definitely moving soon. Owners don’t want to own up to anything. It could be faulty plumbing, roof leaking, birds fluttering around in the roof. The neighbors are never civil, the kids bully each other, no resources available at the office. We pay 1200+ a month for a two bed 1 bath. Not to mention I was in Texas over the holidays to find out that maintenance had flipped our office upside down to access a panel, and in the process they had shattered a 400 dollar computer monitor. I’ve reached out multiple times and they refuse to answer or own up to breaking it. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that my insurance says it’s not something that they can cover. If I payed to have it protected from people entering my house and breaking things, especially considering I know who it was, it’s pretty ridiculous that the people I hand 1200 bucks to every month can’t seem to own up to their mistakes. Not a trustworthy place, not trustworthy owners. Do not rent from this location."

"I was scheduled to move in on a Friday. I received an email not even a week before saying that our apartment would not be available for another month. They did not offer any other options other than they could refund us our money or we could move our move in date to later. I had expressed to them multiple times that my lease was ending so our move in date had to be definite. They agreed and I received multiple emails stating that our move in day was set. We even called 3 days before we received the email and they agreed that our move in day was set. They left me homeless with no where to go for a month. Definitely would not recommend this place."
