"This hotel is a good deal for the price. Small Ma & Pa operation with a small town feeling to it compared to big chain hotels in the area. My room was clean and well kept. Been here a couple months and have not seen 1 bug or critter of any type inside or out(more than can be said for the Super 8 i was at previously) The staff which consists of Ms Katt and Ms Jenny are very polite, friendly and very sweet and accommodating."

"My family and I stayed here for about a Month while our house was being prepared. The property manager Jenn is a great lady with excellent Customer Service skills, comfortable location and convenient."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay. Every encounter I had with staff and owners was pleasant, they were always friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and stocked. It was quite. The price was great. Honestly I expected it to be horrible going off what the cost was. So I was pleastly surprised. If I ever find myself needing somewhere to stay again while in Salem Green Hill Inn will definitely be my 1st stop. Thank you guys for doing an awesome job."

"My stay was awful. I had the worst experience ever ! The money is not worth the room. They are building million dollar houses and they will keep your deposit. They made excuses for myself and my friend just to keep the money from the deposit we had to put down. We did nothing wrong and cleaned up after the stay. There are roaches and mice. It’s nasty and I would highly recommend somewhere else to stay. The owners are rude and very disrespectful but they come off nice and fake. The workers are also awful, they don’t clean very well or do anything for you. Jen and Kat are lazy and don’t want to do anything. Patty and Jeff are the owners. It’s not a great environment and the dryers and washers do not even work and you waste more money on washing and dryer than a laundry mat. Please do not go here. It’s not safe and they let people with drugs stay. Definitely, do not recommend for kids. I’m sorry, I wish I would have never went here. I just wasted my money for trash."
