Cedar Point

"Cedar Point Apartments really tries hard. It doesn't go unnoticed. My wife and I moved in a few days ago and loved it. I moved in sight unseen and was happy with it until I smelled an odd smell. We don't like animal smells and the leasing office did not have an animal on record for our apartment in the past. We persisted and they had the carpet shampooed shortly after the email. The smell was still there and I felt bad for pestering them. We finally figured out that we were smelling particles from the door. They replaced the doors with brand new ones and the issue was solved. Thank you so much for fixing this. The maintenance staff and the carpet contractors did a wonderful job!!!! We can't thank you enough. I know it seems small but it means a lot. When I first moved here, another resident mentioned how great you guys were at management and fixing maintenance issues. I totally agree with him. We feel more at home already. All levels of the management staff: I tip my hat to you for your professionalism through this process and humoring me. It means a lot that you weren't dismissive."

"Overall I have enjoyed living here. You do hear a good amount of noise through the walls and the doors are always slamming as others have mentioned (to the point that it shakes your entire apartment). There also seems to be a group of kids that leaves trash all over the front of our building and in the parking lot which is exceptionally annoying. However, I have never needed to make a noise complaint or really any complaint for that matter. Apartments are renovated and have a great layout. Management has always been very helpful and gets work orders completed quickly."

"My family and I relocated to another city due to my husbands job and was glad that we was able to make Cedar Point our home. Our townhouse was fully remodeled and replaced with brand new appliances and flooring in 2 weeks to the day we were to move in. The community is cleaned and is very peaceful. We arrived and everything was exactly done just as we was told it was going to be. My husband suggested we needed a new screen door and it was delivered and put on the next day. We would like to send a huge thank you to Carolyn and the whole Cedar Point staff for making our arrival to our new city and home a great experience!"

"Unpleasant resident population. The walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking, tv's, pets and doors that are constantly being slammed because the front door swings shut. Some of the residents are pleasant, but the majority are heavy smokers, who love to make noise complaints when their just as noisy given the lack of noise insulation. Front desk staff are somewhat helpful if you don't need anything serious from them, but otherwise they can be stand-offish and snobby. Older looking apartments and well maintained but not worth the price and hassle. Wouldn't recommend."
