"My cousin had an emergency yesterday night and I went to babysit his kids in his absence. My car got towed and I had to pay 175$ to get it back! When we asked them about it, they said it’s a new policy implemented in February that requires the resident to notify the office about any visitor between Monday and Thursday after 11PM. Which is completely absurd since their office closes at 5PM. So if you live there, make sure you don’t have any emergencies :) This place is a joke."
