"I'm disappointed that the room does not have a coffee maker or microwave. I was staying for 4 days and purchased microwaveable food thinking that, like every other hotel, it would have these items. Water pressure was very low. The room was nice and the staff was GREAT."

"I had a real bad experience here tonight The front desk lady was extremely rude and loud. She was coming in to the conversation I was having with someone else said card was declined even thought it wasn’t and I requested for a king size bed but not available at the time the other staff was going to change to. She finally brought a manager and the manager said the rude front desk lady was only 17 and we should understand the circumstances. We asked the manager to have 17 years old front desk lady to apologize but manager said can’t be done. Manager only offered if we want any other accommodation. Regardless of age, manager should teach how to be patient and polite to customers in any situation iso showing attitudes with no mannerisms."

"Nice front desk and breakfast staff. Everything in the lobby was clean and well stocked. They have a good breakfast thay was always hot and ready early enough for me to grab something before commuting during the week and late enough for late risers on the weekends. Housekeeping is a hit and miss. My room was either done well or I would have my things carelessly moved or cleaning supplies left behind. Rooms are a nice minimalistic theme however the walls are EXTREMELY THIN. I heard everything; TVs, conversations next door or across the hall, heavy footsteps/moved items from next door and above, alarms, and the guy who was always hacking up phlem. Rarely got a noise free good night's sleep..."

"The hotel itself is pretty nice and the staff was nice. The room is big and open. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the walls and ceiling are paper thin, and I could literally hear people’s conversations in the next room over. This was a mistake in the construction, so not much can be done. If I didn’t get woke up by people talking and dropping things, I would have given this place a higher rating."

"Perfect for our family needs. Super clean, hot breakfast, quiet location. Comfortable beds and walk-in shower with plenty of towels. This hotel is Eco friendly with a location to refill your water bottles with filtered water. Staff addressed our needs quickly. Will definitely stay here again."
