"Please stay away there are snakes everywhere coming out of bushes.theres was one in our balcony.we have pictures of it.and we were so scared and when we went outside there was one in stairs.went to Office to let them know and lady all She said was well take care of it.like It was not a big deal.stay awayy and visitor parking rules are terrible."

"Great neighborhood that feels safe with friendly people. Staff is professional and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and effective. Amenities are nice. Price is great for the space and quality of the homes. Would definitely recommend! 4 stars because it's not perfect, but it does come close!"

"I have lived here for 2 years and it is great. I have my grievances but I have liked living here. I cannot hear my neighbors at all except for maybe some slight creaking from my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance can be a bit slow. Communication from the leasing office is abysmal and I have to request multiple times before I hear back from anyone. No confirmation and breaking lease notices of pest control. Their gym is nice for an apartment gym with dumbbells up to 100 lbs, a treadmill, bike, elliptical, cable machine, and a bench. I like the pool during the summer and it's not busy at all. I do hate the visitor parking where I have to go into the office and request a pass for someone to park at a place I'm paying $1500 for a month. They are building/ finishing an elementary school right across the street so there may be more traffic when it opens. My rent didn't increase that much from year to year and I will consider living here longer if I need to."

"The office was so, so kind and helpful!! Very professional. Hollee and Twona are new, and they have made amazing changes to the property! They are always quick to respond, and my roommate and I are loving it here so far."

"We have been living here since June 2019 and so far, it’s very nice. Very convenient for shopping and in walking distance plus has public transportation at the entrance. We have the two-bedroom, two bath roommate style apartment which is very spacious. The community is quiet and very well maintained. I’m unable to hear any noise from any of my neighbors while inside my apartment home. Pets are welcome; however, we don’t have any pets, but the pet owners clean up after their pets. The fitness center is always clean and available 24/7 and safe at any time of the day and night, Trash is well maintained and are emptied regularly. There are plenty of resident parking, which requires a parking sticker as well as plenty of visitors parking that requires a visitor plaque that each resident is provided by management, however, some visitors do park in the resident parking. The staff, Liz, Diane, and maintenance are very helpful and responsive and are always there for all your needs. Overall, Barrington Luxury Apartments is a nice place to live and affordable!"
