"I advise looking elsewhere for housing if you have other options. Apparently Regency is government-funded, so they there is no customer service to be had here - they don’t need or want your business. The funding allows them to offer cheaper rent than anybody else, which means there are never a shortage of people trying to get in. If you are willing to wait for weeks for an opening, and then fill out truck-loads of paperwork invading every area of your private life (totally unnecessary), then have someone in an off-site office make an arbitrary decision based off of incorrect conclusions about your income, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere, there are decent options in the area. The one bright spot in this place is the young man working in the on-site office. He will try to tell you what I described above. Listen to him. I didn’t, and wasted almost a month getting moved."

"This is thrash! We recently moved and the apartment looks awful, the first day the refrigerator wasn’t working I paid to have laundry inside and the dryer wasn’t working either and after a month still they haven’t fix the problem! Don’t come here there are better places than this thrash place! They just lie to get you! People in the office are not even professional They can’t solve issues u have in your apartment!"

"Leasing office staff is rude & lackadaisical, while exhibiting poor communication with residents because per one staff member "We don't have to." Maintenance team, whether emergent or not is slow if responsive at all. This onsite management team lacks professionalism while not providing the courtesies associated with running a property. Corporate leaders should invest in course to better equip this team with tools fit for the success of the community."

"the WORST place to live, the manager is really rude with the residents, the neighbors are really noisy, and nasty! They don’t care about living in a community! They are really dirty and nobody comes to clean the shared spaces, if you want to live with trash everywhere come here! Don’t waste your time going to the office or sending emails, they don’t care about that, and if you go to complain about it, they will be really rude with you, doesn’t matter if you are white, black, Asian etc, especially the manager! Roberto was nice and professional, but the manager is complete ignorant!! I moved 2021 and that service is the worst, even mice came inside the building because they don’t care about cleaning or trash! The police come here too many times because the office doesn’t have filters with who they accept to move here, I’m feeling really in danger all the time. Also, be careful with package deliveries as I have had a couple disappear."

"Well hello I’m living here for a good 2 years and a half. We have see a lot of cockroaches here and spider and snakes. And well if there no adult in the house and when I call sometimes they don’t even come. And let’s not talk about the doors they are hard to close and open we did everything but it doesn’t work.But we love the pool her and the lifeguard is so nice in all it’s a good place to live."
