"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Very unsafe with homeless men doing drugs in the stairwells. When I told the manager he said it happened all the time! First room we were given had sewage in the tub. Second room door locks did not work. No housekeeping for 5 days. Bistro closed for 2 days due to lack of staffing. Carpets stained, furniture worn. Can’t believe it is branded Marriott. Terrible."
"This was my first disappointment with a Courtyard. The bathroom was awful. There is urine caked on the wall, so there is that smell that's always present. There is a sliding glass door in the room that is original. So it is drafty and the noise from the busy road nearby kept waking me up. Mostly from the delivery trucks to the gas station and restaurant next door. As for the amenities, they are minimal at best. The primary focus for the staff is the Starbucks in the lobby. The only good thing is the location is right down the road from anything you may need."
"This whole hotel is ready for a renovation. The rooms, mattresses, carpet, fixtures, popcorn ceilings are over due with holes, bumps, and worn furniture. Service was great as they tried to help us with the heat, but hard to do with ancient equipment."
"Do not stay at this location. Terrible customer service. Hotel is old. It was our first time at a Marriott, and our last. Service: We were stuck outside for 20 minutes while the employee ignored us even though she clearly saw us. The sliding door was broken and the paper said to ring, which we did, but the employee right across from us didn’t do anything. We had to call and after 3 transfers were finally able to reach her and tell her to open the door. It was 10 PM and 30 degrees. Rooms: The hotel itself is SO old. The lights flicker when you turn them on. No waters in the mini fridge. The surrounding area is quite awful as well but the hotel itself is just lacking in every way."
"I typically am not one to leave a poor review, however this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night for a wedding. As we are coming from out of state, we called to request an early check in to get ready for our event. After 2 calls to the front desk receiving no answer, we finally got someone who agreed to an early check in. Upon arrival, the parking lot is unorganized and a bit of a walk from the front door - it is not well lit or set up so it is a little sketchy. When walking in there was no one at the front desk, we had to call out for someone to come out of the back. We entered the room which was clean, but outdated, you get what you pay for. No complaints for the room aside from finding 2 spiders in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Disclaimer: I booked this room through a 3rd party vendor and prepaid in July (the knot). Fast forward to check out, there were 3 of us standing and calling to someone to the front desk again. The next day, I had 3 pending charges on my card, one for the incidental hold you pay at every hotel, and two for a random charge. I figured they would drop off after a few days and never post. I contacted the Marriott customer service line and was told they would look into it. I sent them photos of my credit card statement and the receipt from my prepayment. The customer service center couldn’t even get a hold of this locations staff to issue the $120 charge they inputted in error. They offered me a gift card or a paper check set to arrive in 4-8 weeks. I ended up having to dispute the error with my creditor. Overall do not recommend. Terrible experience and terrible customer service."
