"So let me start with I have been here many times. Loved the service in the summer but now it’s terrible. Tried reaching out to management about my recent complaint, but apparently there is no real manager anymore. Check-in was horrible. Front desk was unprepared and still new looks like it. The rooms are alright. Always clean when serviced, but that’s the only good thing left with this place. I once tried to book for a group event and the sales lady didn’t seem like she knew much. It isn’t the same one from the summer. Some new lady, she was ok but sounded like she didn’t know a lot. Had to change my mind and go somewhere else and I suggest to call and do the same. On my latest and final stay, I saw this little bugger in the lobby. I’ve seen some outside bugs before maybe once or twice (which I’ve not bothered by), but pests inside??? Yuck. This place has fallen. It’s a fairly new hotel, but the service has plummeted. I guess the whole staff has changed because I don’t recognize anyone here anymore during my stays here. Everytime I needed an an issue addressed there wasn’t any manager available. Lost and found, late checkouts, noise complaints, pests, double-charging, extensions. I guess the maintenance guy is the manager? I saw him walk out a room in the middle of the night. I don’t know if he lives here or what he’s up to at those hours but he’s here ALL DAY at all hours. It all seems very unprofessional, unusual, and sketchy at best."

"I typically stay with Marriott hotel but Hilton just exceeded all expectation. My Amex Platinum card provided me with Gold Status and I was able to check in early, get $20.00 credit per day along with two free water. This hotel was super clean and the breakfast is inexpensive and very good. I was surprised that we sat at the bar late but they were still able to let us order finger food. Drinks were amazing and the bartender was kind and helpful. Hotel was kids friendly. Lots of kids hanging out in the lobby area but staff were super friendly. We also didn’t have to go far for dinner. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at more Hilton going forward."

"Love the room. The staff was great. A mishap with the housekeeping is the cause for 4 stars for service. Wanted the room cleaned on my last day of stay because I was gifting the room to my newlyweds. Didn't happen. Overall, the staff was great."

"From the time I checked in, Mrs. Denise and Mrs. Arlene were outstanding and gave excellent customer service. They have been the most helpful front desk representatives and I appreciate all they have done while my time here in Manassas. But I do want to make notice on the bad attitude that I received from Nancy Dominguez in which she is the Assistant Manager, and so if you are going to be in the customer service industry then it would better yourself to watch how you say things to guests because I am a honorable discharged veteran of the United States Navy and a war veteran, and so I do not take bad attitudes likely as I have already been through enough to serve my country."

"Great location and friendly staff. Hotel was clean and technologically advanced. The Hilton Honors app on my phone controlled the elevator, room door, and TV. The sound proofing from adjoining rooms was neglected however. The room and bath was very spacious. The downstairs lounge was closed one night due to staffing but the Lyft ride downtown was affordable and convenient."
