"Toured this community last week and what a great place! Felt so welcomed when I arrived and the leasing staff was so helpful and kind! Immediately fell in love with the clubhouse and amenities, especially that theater! Passed maintenance on the tour, and he was so nice! Beautiful grounds, inviting staff, and great prices/specials!!!"

"I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone, and I have valid reasons for feeling this way. I'll start with the awful customer service provided by the manager. She's not only rude and disrespectful, but she also seems to believe that residents don't matter. Living conditions are subpar, and it's clear that she thinks it's acceptable. Adding to the frustration, she's on vacation almost every month, making it impossible to get any answers. The office phone is always unresponsive, adding to the communication issues. Maintenance is another problem. They are unreachable, and even if you manage to submit a work order, it takes weeks of daily follow-ups for them to respond. The so-called emergency line is a joke. Maintenance personnel are impolite and disrespectful when they enter your home. If you dare to match their attitude, the office will contact you to complain about your demeanor. When I moved in back in December, my apartment was infested with roaches. Despite reporting the issue, I wasn't offered another unit. I endured their attempts at pest control for three months, but it was ineffective. Their pest control schedule requires you to empty your kitchen every Monday for spraying, which I tried to comply with. Eventually, I had to treat the issue myself to see any improvement. When I asked them to stop the weekly service, they started sending me threatening letters about charging me for refusing their ineffective service. The amenity fee is a waste of money. The hot tub is always broken, and the property is consistently dirty and unkempt. None of the dog park gates work, despite me reporting the issue. Trees that fell in storms remained in the middle of the property for at least 6 months. Many neighbors leave as soon as their lease is up, which speaks volumes about the quality of this place. Even with specials, I wouldn't consider living here – it's just not worth it."

"This is my first apartment I’ve ever moved into. I had to find a place fast since my parents were selling our house within a week. My dad found this place and he came with me to check it out. The staff was very nice and the apartment we looked at was in good condition and we liked it. I moved in about a month and a half later and the day I was supposed to move in there was some sort of misunderstanding with some of the workers as to when they would be done finishing the apartment. Due to this, they very generously took off the $400 amenities fee from the lease. After about an hour and a half of waiting I was finally able to move in. The next month I completely forgot to pay rent and a staff member, Heather, called me and wanted to talk with me about what was going on. She was very kind and instead of charging me the late fee, she let me walk to the office and pay the rent that day. I was, and still am very grateful for what she did for me. The staff has been very accommodating and I truly am grateful to live here!"

"Moved in May 2022 and the staff were very accommodating getting us the specific Apartment we desired during our rush to move in. The complex is quiet and there are plenty of pet parents to become friends with along with playground mommas to bond with. Maintenance staff are nice and friendly but one in particular takes his job personally and puts himself in our shoes to get the job done right, Ceaser! The office staff is inviting and very adaptable with consistent communication over our needs as expressed. One staff member in particular takes great pride in her customer service skills and I could not appreciate Heather G enough! She’s always ready and willing to assist with any need I have. This complex and its location in Northern Virginia will be a great starting point for any family! Transportation isn’t far away and there are many shops, health providers and businesses within walking distance of the complex so needing a vehicle right away isn’t necessary. The new Innovation Elementary School is perfect for the kids that live here! The playground is open to us after school hours and we all love spending the day away there having tons of fun! The complex offers amazing amenities and a few special events to boost community bonding! So come by and check this place out and contact Heather G for all of your needs! I give this complex and it’s staff 4 stars because perfection is hard to obtain!"
