"The information I share here is base on real experience, I want to share the major problems only for these old apartments, first of all, the apartment are full of cockroaches, bugs, and a few more different insects that come from Surrounding trees, AC/ Heaters are very loud because they are old in the summer the AC doesn’t work and every time call service it takes 2-3 days to come fixe something and they will charge for every single service even it’s not your fault. The rooms are really small and kitchen and the bathroom also two people can’t fit in kitchen, the extra large women that works in leasing office very rude and the guy at front desk is lier. I never recommend these old cheap apartments for anyone, even if you pay couple hundred dollars less here still doesn’t worth it. The two security guards there just sit there don’t do there job as a security guard."
"Im living here aprox 8 months ago with my kids and husband, Its been my first apartament after i move in to United States, for beginners like me, its been great, no noise at night, neighboors of all etnicys. My kids love to go to the playground because there's a lot of childrens; the school its really close. I see a lot of complains of those who rent directly to the office, i applied thru the owners so i didnt have such much problem. The HOA charge one time for the parking permit (15$ for 1 car and 250$ for the second). There is a laundry building inside the complex so you can go and wash your clothe; some apartaments owners install their wash machine inside their house, my instead, have an small mobile wash machine that i can use in case of emergency. If you are looking to buy, this can be an option. Im aware that the HOA its 350$, and RENTs go between 1250 to 1400 including the HOA fee (YEAR 2022)"
"Worst apartments EVER! They try to charge you for everything, if they see hair out in the hallway of the apartments they will automatically assume it’s yours and charge you $50!!! The have mold around the windows, the staff are the worst! & they have this leasing manager named jc who thinks he’s the manger and can scream at you whenever he wants, and the sad part of them main manager heard and came out and did nothing. There’s also another big girl who works there who’s the one who walks around the apartments and if she sees hair or any kind of mess she goes back to the apartments and makes you the letter to pay the $50. Just don’t waste your money here!!!"
"The place is fine, all this entitle people want the service of a 5 start hotel but don’t want to do their part on it. I have been living here for almost 3 years now and I never have had a serious problem, details here and there which they addressed right away so I can’t complain about it because whatever needed to be fixed they came and fix it right away, the maintenance guy is super friendly and professional, they also have a company that comes and pick up the trash so all areas are clean 99% of the time. except when some lazy tenants have the nerve to leave the trash next to the trash can But that’s a cultural thing, don’t be nasty people and you’ll have a clean place to live the 100% of the time. The place is decent, safe and affordable. The security guards (actual prince william county police officers)are very professional. They are not there 24 hours a day but at dark which makes me feel safe. The playgrounds are well maintained and the areas around the buildings are clean 99% of the time. I never ever had any problems with pest AT ALL. I have never seen any cockroach or termites nor any bug. I keep everything in my apartment clean and disinfected so I do do my part on it; and there’s a lady that clean the halls and stairs every morning leaving the areas fresh and clean EVERY single morning. They come and check my AC every time I call them so is up to you to be on top of it and get the filters changed More than twice a year. I never had any rude attitude from the staff, I think the respect must be mutual so just be respectful and I guarantee you’ll receive the same. I have a 5 years old kid and he loves to call this place his home. I can’t afford to get a house at this moment of my life but I’m grateful this people make my money valuable by providing a decent safe and clean place to live. Blessings to y’all."
"I lived here for approximately six months before I could not take it anymore and moved. I would give this place zero stars if I could. First, the buildings are severely outdated. There was a cockroach problem in my building and no matter how clean you kept the place, you'd find a cockroach. The windows were poorly insulated so mold would grow on the walls in the winter when the windows fogged up from the heat inside. Second, management was lazy and rude: when ice formed on the steps in January, they refused to do anything about it until I walked over and explained they could be sued if someone slipped. They would try to charge you fines for anything and everything! I received a "speeding ticket" for an evening I wasn't even in the country and when I showed my flight ticket and made a fuss they finally waived the ticket without a word or an apology. They fined me over $100 for losing a sticker on my windshield for parking when I bought a new car. They kept my entire deposit without discussion although I left the place in the same condition I found it (which was not good to begin with!) Save yourself the headache. Do not live here."
