Ramada by Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront

"Not sure about the ocean front hotel side but the outside moldy, dirty, smelly , nasty motel across the street is DISGUSTING!!! I will be posting pics anywhere allowed. I'll start with the thing behind the front desk sweating profusely while doing nothing... Keys didn't work. Had to go back across the street. I immediatly reported the room was filthy out front with matted weave , cups, cigarette butts, old receipts and a Skittles candy bag. Night one when we returned to the dump it appeared the front area had been ssweating one end but they still didn't clean in front of our room that was on tthe far end. I called and asked for the area to be cleaned AGAIN. Returned from the beach again that night...still ffilthy.I took pics and vids. The pool looks like HepC waiting to happen. We'll pay the $500-$700 per night next year and stay eelsewhere. We're not accustomed to this level of ghetto."

"The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was filthy. Dirty carpet, linen, and floors. The furniture was dated. The elevators were out of service. The rooms smelled of smoke and mold. Trash cans overran. Rooms were not cleaned for 3 days. And some of the staff were rude. I will never stay there again."

"The room was dirty, the sheets had "bodily fluid" on them! I had to call the office twice to get them to bring me new sheets. The parking garage and walkways had trash all over. Really disappointing!"

"For being an updated hotel- I couldn't figure out why there was so much wasted space in the bathroom. There was a tiny sink with absolutely no counter to put toiletries on. Not even a tooth brush, and toothpaste would fit. The shower had virtually no water pressure. There was only one outlet available for charging devices which was a little annoying. One of the chairs arms on balcony was broken. The view of course was nice. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet at night. The overall stay wasn't bad- just the room itself could really use some work."

"The view from the rooms are spectacular and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves is relaxing. The hotel restaurant is award winning and delicious. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is so small you have a hard time shutting the door. The pool is nice but the hot tub isn't working. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful."
