"I had a wonderful time at Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Heather, who checked me in and gave me some great tips on what to do and see in the area. She was very attentive and made me feel welcome and valued. She also helped me with some issues I had with my reservation and resolved them quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Virginia Beach. I can't wait to come back again!"

"Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and as always embassy suites’ breakfast and evening reception are great. The staff and customer service does not accommodate or go out of their way to make the stay worthwhile. Seems like they are just there to do the bare minimum. Service staff does not match the high expectations of the hotel. My other complaint was the resort fee, I stayed during the winter and didn’t see any value in the amenities provided."

"Embassy Suites is hands down the best hotel in Virginia Beach. The rooms are very spacious and always top notch clean. Arbuckle's restaurant has a great variety of food to choose from all reasonably priced. The free breakfast is delicious and has many items to choose from. I would like to give a special shout out to Heather & Chris for always making our stay an exceptional experience. When they can, they give us free upgrades and yesterday a bottle of champagne!! We have stayed at this hotel 11 times since they opened February 2023 and love their customer service at this hotel. We are always treated like VIPS!!"

"Just an awesome Stay. The staff was very accommodating when we checked in just awesome the bar staff was fantastic just took care of our needs that evening. Just impressed with the Made to order chief “Butter” he is a 5 Staff chief, great presentation the right mix of ingredients just well organized. The Food Bar was well maintained & placed on a clean Bar. The wait staff was always moving to assist Guest cleaning tables and making sure the Dining area was always clean."

"My hubby and I go to VA Beach every year for our anniversary. This was our first time staying at this Embassy Suites and it was amazing!!! From the time we drove in until the time we srove off the staff made us feel like we were VIP guest. The bathroom was spacious with 4 plugs in two wall outlets and with a huge shower that had a shower head with several different settings. The bed was not to high and not to soft with a plenty of pillows. We stayed in an oceanfront view room and the balcony was also spacious with 2 chairs and a table. At night there is a fire pit and a video screen that plays in the pool area. My hubby and I were able to dine in our room because there was a nice size table with chairs. When we walked in there was a hand written note from the manager and staff wishes us a happy anniversary along with a bottle of champagne. I wanted to decorate the room for my husband and needed assistance with an outlet and the electrician on duty came up to our room in a more than timely manner and not only helped us but also offered to help with anything else that was needed. Every need was met for us in a manner that truly made us feel special. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thank Embassy Suites VA Beach for such an amazing experience."
