"I've stayed here many, many times and it's always lovely. However, tried to stay 2/1/24 and the front desk person was horrendous. She literally couldn't be bothered with me. Grabbed my license and flipped it behind her computer and was just nasty in general. I won't stay there again just because of her and I didn't this day either. Went back on the app and stayed down the beach at a nicer Hilton property where every person I encountered was nice. Oh, and they weren't surprised when I told them what happened at this property. They'd heard it before. 2⭐️ just because of the attendant at the front desk on 2/1/24."

"Positives: Rooms and building look recently renovated and in good condition. The service desk is friendly and tries to work with the customer. Negatives: The first room I checked in to smelled of pot. The service desk quickly changed my room. Unfortunately, the second room also smells of pot (and a lot of air freshner.)"

"Very glad that I did not let negative reviews keep me from booking this hotel and a huge “thanks” to the person who recommended the breakfast package.The view is incredible. I wish I had their beds at home…so comfortable! The location is perfect. I did take a noise machine for sleep. I did not hear any loud noises at night as described by others. We slept as well as at home if not better."

"Rooms were clean and updated. Service from the staff was lovely and the convenience of the restaurant downstairs was great. We loved the beach front location and the balcony view was pretty. Our biggest issue was the freezing cold shower :( the water never got hot and my 6 year old hated showering there. Also could use microwaves in the room and our room phone never worked/had a ring tone."

"Great view and location! One night stay. Arrived around noon. We parked and went and had some fun until check in time. BTW, the parking garage is right across the street. Some reviews I read here make it sound far away. I've walked WAY further in other large hotels/casinos that had an attached parking garage. Check in/out was easy. All staff that I encountered were pleasant. We were able to keep our bikes in the luggage room overnight which was helpful. The room was fine. No issues, plenty of hot water and water pressure. It was warm in the hallways, but no surprise, it was a hot sunny day, and the hallways have big windows that face west. I would definitely stay here again."
