"The hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms are not up to standards that I'm accustomed to for a Hilton. The carpet in the room was frayed, the curtain that blocked the window was hanging by one bar so it would block any light, the plastic floor boot guard was coming off the walls, the beds slept horribly (I could feel the springs), the pillows were nice. The location can't be beat and parking was convenient. I appreciated that they had a valet service that was reasonable."

"I celebrated my 57th birthday there this past weekend. The view of the ocean from my room on the 18th floor was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive. Leticia and Carl was great hosts. The property was very clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unexpectedly, they surprised me with a gift for my birthday. I would definitely return as I visit VA Beach 3-4 times per year."

"We came down for a weekend at the beach. I used Hilton Points and money for my room. It was a fantastic stay. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. We had a City view room but we also saw the ocean. It was a very great value. We ate on the property at Catch 31. The food was delicious. The sweet lady at the Concierge Desk gave me a couple that was good for my entire stay. The coupon gave me 15% off at most restaurants on their list. We liked this hotel so much that we booked an extra night. We would come back again."
