"Disgusting. Nasty room with disrespectful staff. I still have yet to receive my deposit back.I was there for 7 days and not once did I hear from house keeping. There were used hair ties in my room on the dresser along with a half drinken drink from McDonalds upon arrival leading me to believe I was in the wrong room. I called front desk to verify I was in right room and the disrespectfully told me house keeping must have left it in there and then asked if that was the only thing I was complaining about as if it didn’t merit a phone call to even bother her from talking on her cell phone belligerently to whomever she was cussing at on the phone when I arrived. 7 days I kept to myself didn’t bother anybody and then on checkout day, housekeeping enters my room with my belongings still in there and then falsely accuses me of smoking in the room when I don’t even smoke. I called the front desk and the lady is so incredibly rude and tells me that she is not about to go back and forth with me and hangs up on me. She refused to return my $100 security deposit . She told me I owed her an additional $150 . While I tried to explain to her that I didn’t smoke is when she got rude and hung up on me. What kind of “Boys N Da Hood” operation y’all running there?"

"The rooms are clean, well kept. Location is great, close to stores and a mall. 20/30 min from the base. Staff is extremely friendly, Brian is the one who checked me in and he was very helpful. I will stay again in the future. :)"

"We have stayed at 2 different extended stays, and this one is the best one. All staff are great, and they gave us a cheaper rate as possible! We have 2 dogs and me and my fiance love that fact that they are important just like we are! Thank you for all the staff being so nice and considerate."

"I gave it four stars on all categories because the staff are extra nice, the rooms are the best I've been in, and the service is excellent. The location is too far from work, oceanfront, but in the edge of all of the town center's best restaurants, malls, and other sites. There's places to walk dogs, and great nature walks to. Alexis, Lashawn, Jordan, Michelle, Robbie, and two other staffers who work the office, are some of the kindest workers here. I am a happy guest here. My brother, his wife, their dogs, and I are happily enjoying are stay."

"The room was just nasty. The bathroom had hair balls from the previous guest. I had to buy a can of Lysol and air fresheners for the room. It smelled like a old building. The housekeeper did not clean the room because the lamps had years of dirt on them. I will never stay at any extended stay and will not recommend anyone that I know to stay there. The furniture looked like it was in the 70’s."
