Richmond Motel

"Would give zero stars if possible, incredibly disappointing. We called ahead of time to make sure we would be able to check in between 12-2 am, the person who answered the phone said that would be fine. When we arrived, the attendant was sleeping and it took a good 20-30 minutes to wake him up. We finally got the key, The door to the room was jammed and took forever to get open. We had requested a nonsmoking room, yet the entire room was stained yellow and reeked of cigarette smoke. The pillows were yellow. The bed had stains everywhere. Don't be enticed by the price, you won't get your money back."

"Absolutely appalling. The saying you get what you pay for is accurate, they would be better to just close this place permanently. Mold, stains, door handle fell off when leaving. We walked in the room, and immediately walked back out and never came back. Oh, also the room was 90 degrees and smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes were freshly smoked. All over the check in desk is a million papers that say “No refunds” probably because they know it’s a roach motel. Sleeping in your car is a safer and cleaner alternative. I could throw up thinking about this place!"

"Staff is very welcome and sweet as can be. It's come along way from where it used to be at. The owner is very approachable and kind. There's no more traffic in and out the hotel. This hotel is a great place to relax and study. I would recommend ten out of ten"
