"This is an overall nice place to stay. It exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. They have free breakfast in the morning with various options. The only reason I’m taking off a star is for the $50 deposit and the room was cold upon arrival. I checked out today and am waiting to get my deposit back. But overall this place is good for the price and I would stay here again."

"All of those bad reviews are old and outdated. I stayed here after paying $200 for a "name brand" hotel and this one was more updated. Staff is friendly. Room was clean as any other I've been in (I could smell the cleaning products when I walked in the bathroom area). No issues, very fair price. If you need a decent place to crash this is it. Has large mini fridge, microwave, good sized tv, ac works."

"I was ready to give it a 5 star in the beginning because this place was convenient and reasonable. I can't take that away from them. My problem came in when they knew we had small kids and you put us somewhere where people gone complain about a baby crying and make up a bull lie about why you couldn't extend our stay made me look at them differently. We spent money like others and to have a move a baby and special needs child I couldn't recommend this place at all. They charge you a 50.00 dollar deposit which wasn't stated on the website another star taken away. U complained about kids when you got cracking heads out there begging for money. Pool look like the neighborhood project pool. They need to do better."

"They don't tell you about the 50 dollar "deposit" beforehand until you're there checking out room. That should be stated on the website, so you're not surprised by the fee. At the time of check in. My room was fine until an insect crawled over my toes. I'm not gonna say it was a cockroach, but I felt dirty. So I'll probably not go there again. The lady at the front desk was nice and professional, so that was a plus."
