"We started our pool design and construction process in November 2022. We knew there was fairly lengthy wait to start our construction, but it did start around the projected groundbreaking date of June 2023. The actual construction went fairly smoothly, and every person on the construction was polite and helpful. The pool and landscaping were completed on schedule (give or take about 12 weeks, with weather delays tentatively planned within that time period). Communication on the final design outcome and throughout construction process could be better. Post-completion, their service department has been responsive, and we have had minimal problems. The front desk staff are helpful when submitting water for testing, and the maintenance chemicals are more affordable than expected. Thank you, Aegean, for a job well done."

"I would like to start by saying what an excellent experience it was working with Aegean pools! From start to finish it was very well organized, professional, and an efficient process. Jesse met us out at our house to help us begin to shape our dream and make it come true. He had great advice and experience , he never tried to over sell us or lead us into a direction that was not in our best interests. Ron, the project manager was in contact every day with an update and they always stayed on schedule and showed up when they said they would be there. Which is sometimes rare in this business. Samantha in the office was very well organized and was available for questions. I was also contacted by a customer service representative who stayed in touch through the process to ensure everything was going smoothly and everyone was doing their job. Jesse also had hard scape company who did a spectacular job with the pavers! Absolutely killed it with the custom look and unique layout we were looking for. When it comes to the pavers there are so many options, so having someone with experience is very valuable. I even got a second quote to keep things honest and he wasn’t offended, he simply asked that it be a good company because it was in his best interest to be sure his pools are surrounded by a quality material and installation. In closing obviously I would recommend using this company. This is the second pool I have built and this experience simply blows the first one out of the water.
