"Grocery pick up person is RUDE & IRRESPONSIBLE!!! I just placed a $330 order for pickup being a busy mom, that truthfully can be a lifesaver (Target would never/HAS never). When my husband greeted the employee, he didn’t respond. He loaded the order into my trunk, slammed it and walked away without saying anything again. We were confused as to how quickly he was able to pack up the order and questioned it, but thought well we pack our stuff pretty well when we do have the time to go ourselves. So we drove home, when we got home and I had a chance to check the groceries- I realized we had received a completely different order. I tried to contact the store to see if there was ANYWAY my order was still there and we could come get that but I tried EVERY line they had and NOBODY picked up. Worst customer service. The store has a decent selection and stock most of the time. But they really need to up their Grocery Pickup staff and quality because this location is one that required self checkout. There’s no excuse as to why this just happened."

"I used to like shopping here. However, there aren't any employees around to ask for assistance. They stopped carrying lamp oil and wicks. Home goods in general are just a lot different. The automotive department has the BEST customer service I've had in years! The self checkout attendants are very helpful and pleasant. I didn't go to the grocery side of this visit."

"This location needs to be reviewed. A customer made a complaint about a Walmart employee standing way too close to her while she was using her card to pay for her groceries. She wouldn't move. The customer talked to her managers about it. Then the Walmart employees in these picture cam, sat near her to be a nuisance. Then another employee followed the customer to the outside of Walmart while she was loading her groceries into a car. UNACCEPTABLE"

"Everything well-stocked and a nice greeter gave me directions to the craft area. I also picked up an online order. The young man who answered the phone was prompt and so was the man who brought my ordered out. Great transactions overall. From Norfolk and will return to this Chesapeake location!"
