Big Lots

"*update* The manager made it right when the assistant manager wouldn't put the effort in so I'm giving a few stars back. I had a big problem where I placed an order online and the cashier didn't actually look for the items. There was three on the shelf but they canceled items that I had massively discounted. I walked over and grabbed it and then they refused to add it back onto my order and try to charge me full price saying they can't go back. Then they canceled my order which did not return my coupons that I used. Another item on my list was a flashlight and I asked one of the floor associates to help me look for it and he told me that Big lots does not sell flashlights. I found three other ones in the store but couldn't find the one that I ordered because it was so unorganized. The assistant manager was rude and refused to help."

"I have shopped at this location for years. They have great deals and the prices are reasonable. They also sell name brand furniture. They have great household. Beauty and snack food section. Please don't sleep on this store it is very neat and always clean and the staff are very friendly and customer service is great!!!!!"

"The woman who posted that this store is closed should take down her post. This store is open, I go there sometimes and took pictures of people going in, lights on. There weren't any "moving", or "closed" signs. Perhaps she meant another store? Update: 6/2022. This store is still open."

"I didn’t expect much from this Big Lots location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The store was relatively clean and organized with a good selection of items. The cashier was friendly and fast. This is one of the best Big Lots I have visited in the area. If you’re looking for a discount store, especially for furniture, don’t miss this Big Lots hidden off Military Highway."
