"This is one of the best Walmarts I’ve ever been to. I blew out a tire and was stressing terribly, I communicated with the auto center and they assisted me with every step. Everyone was so kind, and they went above and beyond to help me. Their garden center also looks FANTASTIC. They have such a large assortment that they take such good care of everything. I couldn’t recommend this store enough."
"The WORST customer service I have experienced. Basically told to pound sand and if I want to make a return, to come back in an hour. What? Where is the manager you ask?? You would think the store manager would be able to help out with a simple 3 minute return. NOPE. Refused to come out from the back. LAZY COWARD who cares nothing for the customer or how it makes their team look. Disgusted; especially during the holidays. Taking my business elsewhere and you should too. I would come weekly to this location but I will purposely go out of my way to shop at a different location so I will not be helping to pay this overpaid poor excuse of a manager."
